- Returning the Damaged Package: If necessary, we'll provide instructions for the return, covering associated shipping costs.
Refund or Exchange: Customers have the option for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs issues and custom duties and fees.
